Reserve your plot
A deposit takes your plot off the market. You'll receive your starter pack — receipt of payment, invoice, and contract of sale — straight away.
Review & sign your documentation
Your deed of assignment and agreement are sent over for review. We'd always recommend having your own lawyer look them over before you sign.
Pay in stages, or in full
Payment is made by bank transfer directly to HayProperty Development's corporate account — never to an individual consultant.
Get allocated
Physical allocation timelines vary slightly by project — most complete within 3 months of full payment. Your advisor will confirm your project's specific schedule.
Stay in touch, on your terms
Whether you're planning to build, hold, or resell down the line, your advisor stays your point of contact — no need to be on the ground to manage it.
